What this means is that if you want to, instead of leaving milk in the carafe, you can just pour all the milk into the carafe that you intend to use for your latte, and press the my latte button, and have a latte made with all the milk you poured into the carafe.

My only word of advise on the Evo machines is to understand that if we forget the features and focus purely on the components and therefore the cup quality, this is no different to the Magnifica S.
Imagine you're looking at a car, and one version has some nicer more modern extras, and a slightly different body kit, but they're the exact same car underneath, with the exact same engine, that's basically the case here.
So if you're purely focused on cup quality and value for money, you might want to also look at the Mafnifica S, which might not quite look as nice, it might not quite have the same features, but it'll produce about the same cup quality.
