At The Coffeeworks, we'll accept returns of unopened bags of coffee beans and refund in full (excluding any delivery costs if applicable), for any reason, provided that we are notified via email within 14 days of receipt of goods that the coffee is being returned, and that we receive proof of postage. Please note, the customer is responsible for the cost of posting the coffee back to us, unless agreed otherwise.

Please note, we will not issue refunds for bags of coffee beans which have been opened, unless agreed otherwise. 

Coffee beans are an agricultural product, and while everything possible is done to prevent any stone, grit or other foreign objects from ending up in bags of coffee beans, it's impossible to guarantee that this will never happen. 

There is also no way to prove that an object entered the hopper from the current bag of beans being used. Therefore unfortunately, we cannot take any responsibility for stones or other foreign objects reportedly found in bags of coffee beans.
