Delivery Information

Delivery is free for orders with a value of £10 or more, for orders under £10, the delivery cost is £3.25. 

If you select Royal Mail 24 there is a charge of £3.50 which should ensure you get it next day (see below).

Delivery is by Royal Mail tracked 48, unless Royal Mail tracked 24 is selected.

Royal Mail 48 deliveries are usually delivered within two days (Monday - Saturday), but this isn't guaranteed. Royal Mail state that they "Aim" to deliver in two to three working days. 

Royal Mail 24 deliveries are usually the next day (Monday - Saturday), but again this is their "Aim" and isn't guaranteed.

Weekends

Orders placed after the order cut off times on a Friday, and orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched on Monday.

Please note, we only dispatch orders on working days, Monday to Friday, and this excludes bank holidays.

While we'll always do our best to dispatch orders on the same day, our official cut off for same day dispatch is 3pm.

You will received a notification as soon as your order is dispatched, with a Royal Mail tracking link.

If you do not receive this notification by the end of the day of order, or by the end of the next day if your order is placed after 12pm, (please check your spam folder) please get in touch so that we can investigate.
