December 2024: Blue Ayarza Guatemala & Choc and Nut Colombia
The guest coffee for December 2024 is Blue Ayarza Guatemala, an 86.5 SCA scoring natural produced in the Santa Rosa Region of Guatemala.
This is a bright and complex coffee with fruity & even boozy taste notes including hints of mulled wine.
Each month along with the guest coffee, we rotate through one of the coffees from our range, and this month it's Choc & Nut Colombia.
This is a lovely chocolatey & nutty coffee from La Laguna Siberia Reserva in the Cauca region of Colombia, produced by a small group of family coffee farmers.
